HANI ORGANIC HONEY / CHILLI / GARLIC / GINGER / SALT / RED SICHUAN PEPPERCORN
Made by lacto-fermenting red chilis for two weeks, then combining them with organic Estonian honey from Hani, garlic, ginger and red sichuan peppercorn for a slow, layered heat.
The result is a sauce that is sweet, spicy and tangy, with a numbing warmth that builds gradually. Use on fried chicken or pizza, brushed onto grilled meat and vegetables, drizzled over ice cream or as a dipping sauce for virtually anything (specially good with cheese!)

Each HAPU hot honey is packed in a simple brown kraft box filled with 100% natural wood springs. The springs can be returned to nature, where they nourish the soil.
